2) The institution of a KYC (Know Your Customer) system designed by ShopFromAmerica Nigeria Limited and Oceanic Bank. This process entails the collection of basic information from customers to eliminate the use of fraudulent credit cards and ATM cards. With this model, customers paying through ATM/Credit cards will be made to show proof that these cards are actualy theirs before they can pick up their products. A customer who is not able to show proof, will not be allowed to collect the items and may be handed over to the police/EFCC if it is found that they used a fraudulent card to make purchases on our site. We will also carry out due deligence with each order to ensure the genuiness of such an order before they are processed. This sytem has been designed to eliminate fraud to near zero level, and to ensure we deal only with trusted and hard working customers. After going through this KYC twice, a unique code is issued to the customer using a system designed by shopfromamerica.com that will enable further purchases by the customer to be delivered to their home or ofiices.
3) The provision of discounts to Oceanic Bank employees and customers that can save them thousands on everyday products. To use this, employees and customers will need to pick up a coupon code from a local Oceanic Branch, and use the code when making purchases from the site.
